STARCAST first established in February 2014 by the Singer/Producer Carlos Marín, original member of the international group IL DIVO, and his sister Roxy Marin; migrating in January 2022 to be called STARCAST SIGLO XXI. It continues under the management of Roxy Marin, after the passing of her Business Partner and Brother, in December 2021.

November 2022, STARCAST SIGLO XXI and US7EVENTS start working together as one in the Music industry. US7EVENTS owned by Lurdes Tavares, well known Manager among some of the best international singer.
